Inclusive Leadership Development Program
The Inclusive Leadership Development Program prepares Haslam students for a diverse workplace.
The Inclusive Leadership Development Program prepares juniors and seniors in the Haslam College of Business to work in fields or organizations where having a strong sense of awareness and cultural competency plays a significant role.
Over the course of the semester, selected students attend four sessions taught by business executives.
Session topics include:
- Building the business case for inclusive leadership
- Understanding how collaborative leadership and inclusive practices provide a competitive advantage
- How to manage groups and individuals from various different backgrounds
- How inclusive leadership enhances your leadership development and your career path
